How could anyone not be excited by this! Rise of the Planet of the Apes (2011) is directed by Rupert Wyatt and written by Pierre Boulle (suggested by novel "La planete des singes"), Rick Jaffa, and Amanda Silver. Starring James Franco as Will Rodman, Andy Serkis as Caesar and John Lithgow. Rise of the Planet of the Apes is set to take us to present day San Francisco, where a man's experiments with genetic make-ups leads to a intelligence in apes. Once the intelligence is gain, it brings forth a war for supremacy! It is set to release August 5, 2011.
